This level of commitment does not stop with our customer service representatives. AVG’s own CEO and President continuously has an open ear to current and prospective customers’ requests, concerns, ideas, etc. Our own EZCE Touchpanel materialized from an OEM’s direct request to have video capabilities for training on his PLC Touch panel. Our EZTouchPLC and EZTextPLC products also originated from a customer requesting a “combo” unit, meaning a PLC attached to an operator interface. We responded not only with the “combo” units, but also took that opportunity to introduce a brand new PLC, all of which incorporated a new flexible, modular I/O design, starting at a ridiculously low $19! |

In staying align with our official promise, our first priority is that customers stay happy. This starts with customers reaching CSRs, tech support members, or any other member of our organization quickly and easily. Once satisfied with placing an order, getting tech support, or additional information, customers routinely demonstrate their appreciation of the level of service received by means of what we like to call “love letters”, as some examples are shown to the right. This gives us a clear indication that you, the customer, understands that AVG/EZAutomation is committed to our relationship in providing you products with twice the features at less than half the cost, with a level of service that will put a smile on your face! |
