Hello I notice that when using timer and counters their are no contact for these... So I used internal contacts and coils to interlock the logic for the timed events and count value to complete the sequence ... is this correct

Actually there is a way to look at the status register to do it, but by the time you finagle the math to get the done bit, you find it was easier to just use an internal bit in the first place!
