First, I would like to thank you for supporting the EZTouch and EZText product lines for the last four years. Over 10,000 of you, OEMs, System Integrators as well as End Users, in a wide variety of industries, have successfully incorporated these products into your Automation Control Solutions.
The EZTouch and the EZText products until December 31st, 2004, have been sold exclusively through AutomationDirect.com. They have done an excellent job in providing off the shelf delivery, great customer service and first line tech support which was backed by Technical Support from AVG’s Uticor division in Bettendorf, IA. (Through customer feedback surveys, you consistently have given our Tech Support the highest rating possible, we thank you for that).
In January 2005, AVG launched a new division called EZAutomation that is dedicated to providing you the most SENSIBLE automation products, with the best possible service in the industry.
EZAutomation divisions’ charter is to:
1. Provide even better customer service than you are used to and deserve. We are conscious of the four different time zones and thus have extended hours to reach our live order desk.
2. Provide even better technical support than you are used to and deserve by providing extended hours for factory technical support, 18 hours a day, Monday through Friday, and Emergency tech support on the weekends.
