EZ Touch was first introduced in 2001. EZ Touch since then became one of the most popular brand of PLC operator panels primarily due to its Ease of Programming and a very aggressive price point. EZTouch, in January 2005, was recognized by six different magazines' readership surveys as the highest overall value PLC touchpanel in North America. And that was EZ Touch version 3.1a, last updated in Feb. 2004 without the 50+ major enhancements made since then.
