Many of you are already exposed to our excellent Tech Support as we have serviced you as the Technical Support team behind the first line tech support through ADC. In fact, you have consistently rated us as one of the highest scorers through ADC’s customer feedback programs.


WE HAVE MADE IT BETTER YET!

1. Extended Hours:
6:00 am to 12:00 midnight CST. We realize that many times you need technical support late in the day. Therefore, you will have access to our expert technical assistance until 12:00 midnight, Monday through Friday.

2. Emergency Weekend Support:
You can reach us at 563-650-8112 on the weekends for emergency tech support. We may not be able to provide you the level of support available during the week, but we would most likely be able to solve your emergency needs.

3. Fully Equipped Labs:
Each one of our technical support team members has a private lab equipped with not only all of our products, but also most of the major brand PLCs to assist you in troubleshooting problems.

4. Excellent Documentation:
You are already familiar with our EZTouch and EZText product manuals. We write our manuals to be EZ to read and follow, so that you may not even need to make a call to the Tech Support department.

5. Local Support:
We have a staff of well trained sales consulting engineers, all degreed college graduates, throughout the USA. In addition, we have a network of high tech distributors throughout North America.

6. Uticor GMBH, Moenchengladbach, Germany: Our European customers have direct access to our German division located near Dusseldorf, Germany. We have highly technical application engineers that have years of experience in dealing with PLCs, and Visualization products.

7. Uticor Pyt, Australia:
The outback region is covered by Uticor AVG Pyt, servicing the south pacific region of the world.
