EZ-RMC ("the App") is provided by EZAutomation, a division of Autotech Technologies, LP ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information the App handles and how.

Information the App handles

• Panel connection details and credentials. IP addresses, user names, and passwords you enter to connect to your HMI panels are stored locally on your device in the operating system's secure keychain and are protected by your device lock (Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode). These credentials are sent only to the HMI panel you choose to connect to, on your local network, to authenticate your connection. They are never transmitted to us or to any third party.
• Favorites. Panel names and addresses you save are stored only on your device.
• Diagnostic logs (optional, off by default). If you turn on "Network monitoring" in Settings, the App records technical information about the App's network communication to help diagnose connection problems. This log is stored on your device in encrypted form. It is shared only if you choose to export and send it (for example, by email to our support team). It is not transmitted automatically and is not linked to your identity.
• Data files. Data-log (CSV) files you open from a panel remain on your device unless you choose to share them.

How we use information

We use the information above only to provide the App's functionality — to connect to your panels, remember your favorites, and, when you send a diagnostic log, to troubleshoot performance and connection issues.

What we do NOT do

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for advertising. The App contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. We do not collect data that identifies you personally.

Data retention and security

Credentials and favorites remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App. Diagnostic logs you send us are retained only as long as needed to resolve the issue. We use the device's secure storage to protect credentials.

Children's privacy

The App is an industrial tool intended for authorized personnel and is not directed to children.

Your choices

You can disable diagnostic logging at any time in Settings, delete saved favorites and credentials in the App, or uninstall the App to remove all locally stored data.
