So, we designed a detachable and hot Swappable metal front which is NEMA 4x Class 1 Div 2 to allow the display/touch screen to be replaced within 2 min. eliminating the need for re-wiring and re-programming.
iMarquee for PLC Netwrork without need to change PLC Ladder Logic
Whereas EZMarquee had long proven out to be a great tool for increasing productivity in a plant, many plant engineers did not want to have to change their PLC code to communicate messages. So, we came out with iMarquee that connects to your PLC network, monitors the tags and displays messages stored inside the iMarquee.

This output module for EZPLC has proven to be a god-send to maintenance and field service technicians because the outputs can handle surge currents of 4 Amp and still short cicuit proof eliminating the need for external fast acting fuses. The technician does not have to find and replace the fuse block buried somewhere inside the control panel.
EZ Mini TouchPLC: The incredible integrated HMI and PLC combo. Where PLC is almost Free.
Lot of our OEM customers making small table top machines needed a very compact HMI and PLC all-in-one in a very small package that has sufficient digital inputs and outputs, analog inputs, relay outputs, and high speed encoder inputs. We designed a package with all this functionality in a 5x4x1.5" package, still short circuit proof DC outputs, snubber networks on all relay contacts and plug-in removable terminal block with LED indicators next to each IO.
EZ Power Supply with adjustable Voltage, LED display for Voltage and Current
This is a unique power supply. Any one who uses it once, falls in love with it, will never use another DC power supply. It's very compact, DIN mount that has adjustable 3 digit display showing voltage, 2 digit display showing load current and a maintenance timer that keeps track of life of electrolytic capacitor inside. It's a great tool for troubleshooting power distribution in your whole control system.
